About Northlake
The Northlake Neighborhood is located in the north east side of Middleton, WI. Only 10 minutes from downtown Middleton and Waunakee. Only 20 minutes from downtown Madison and the UW campus.

The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for reviewing the applications for changes, alterations, additions, or improvements to any lot under Article III of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the Declaration). The purpose of this review is to keep the neighborhood attractive for the enjoyment of residents and for the protection of property values. In other words, the ACC ensures the Northlake Neighborhood is an attractive, safe, natural and peaceful neighborhood to live in.
